I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all especially Neil for your outstanding service. I bought at West Side Village Hurghada in 2008, I started looking for a furniture package in October 2010. After loads of research on different companies Rivermead were top of our list. We first met Neil and Tom at the Property Show and then again at the Place in the Sun in Manchester. Immediately Neil explained the whole process from start to finish and showed us samples and pictures of completed apartments. This was a breath of fresh air as I know you will all agree it’s like getting blood out of a stone getting any clear information in Egypt. Neil was professional and consistent throughout the whole process, my only regret is that I never purchased my apartment through him. If their customer service is the same for purchasing overseas property then I would highly recommend them.
Our apartment looks amazing, the kitchen is a carbon copy of our kitchen at home and the solid Oak furniture is second to none. Yasser, Yman and Neil have put 110% into this project, I just couldn’t ask for anything more.
Neil Hollingsworth is a very trustworthy gentleman and in this current global property market is very hard to find. I know if I decide to purchase another property overseas in the future I would definitely choose Rivermead to be my agent.

Thank God we found this company. Being first time buyers abroad and not being able to speak the language is quite daunting. But finding Rivermead has been an amazing experience and we are so grateful to Neil and his team.The customer service is excellent you always get a quick response by email or phone, nothing appears to much and they are so helpful.The furniture is of good quality wood and all the extras we ordered are excellent, we are so pleased with the apartment now its finished.
