Rivermead Global Property has become well known for giving outstanding customer service and marketing quality overseas developments.
 
Over the years we have noticed that there were a lot of companies supplying furniture packs for properties abroad and that customers have found that quality and service they have received were not up to scratch.
 
In 2008, I went to Egypt to carry out some market research on the furniture being supplied.  I spent a week in an apartment furnished by another company. During my stay, I spent the time looking around other apartments and speaking to property owners.  Everyone made the same comments: that there was a “lack of quality, customer service and after-sales care”.
 
I then spent the next 6 months researching, planning and securing contacts in the UK and Egypt before launching Rivermead Global Furniture in Egypt.  In partnership with the UK's largest distributor of quality, solid hardwood furniture, and employing fantastic staff in Egypt, we sold and delivered our first packs in 2009.
 
As with any product that is of the best quality, marketed correctly and backed up with first class customer care and after-sales service, the word soon gets out.  This has enabled us to grow quickly and establish ourselves as the most reliable company in the UK supplying furniture packs in Egypt.  With the best quality solid wooden furniture available in Egypt or anywhere else in the world, we also now have developers and builders asking us to supply their clients and developments.

We have also now moved into the Turkish market.  As a property company in Turkey we market only quality properties.  We can now mirror that with the high standard of our furniture packs.  We only use 100% hardwood and do not use veneers, chipboards or MDFs in any of our packs, and complement this quality furniture with everything else you need to just walk in and start living in your dream property.
